Delivery & Returns
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We choose courier services based on the best service route; depending on the shipping country, we use Royal Mail, DHL Express, UPS and UK Mail. Please note that due to the high value of the goods, all shipments require a signature upon delivery of your order.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Delivery times and costs
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. Please note that in some areas of the UK and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
1-4 business days – FREE for orders over £100.
£2.95 for orders under £100.
3-7 business days – FREE orders over £120
£7.95 on orders under £120

Please contact us for shipping costs and duties for your particular destination. We will be happy to advise.
Items should be returned within 15 days of their delivery date for UK and Europe and 21 days for International returns, unused and with all garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Contact our Customer Care via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and note the item(s) you wish to return.
- Complete returns form accordingly and include with your return.
- Post your return back to the address provided on the slip.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction.
Please note that KANDESENT does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish to purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.
KANDESENT does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to us is completely up to you. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
